Pure water fed pole system

Purified water at the end of an extended pole reaches windows without ladders and leaves no mineral deposits as it dries. No detergents, no streaks, no residue. Particularly effective on upper-level and hard-to-reach windows — and completely safe for your garden, paintwork, and seals.

Squeegee and microfibre by hand

Where access allows, we prefer finishing glass by hand with a professional squeegee and microfibre cloth. It gives us direct control over the result and lets us get into corners, edges, and sills properly. Ground-floor and interior windows always get the hand finish.

Yes — both sides are included as standard. We offer interior only, exterior only, or a full clean depending on what you need. Interior windows are done by hand, and exterior glass is finished with a squeegee or pure water pole depending on height and access.

Always — interior and exterior frames and sills are included in every clean at no extra cost. Dirty frames undo clean glass, so we never skip them.

Absolutely. We use non-abrasive microfibre tools and non-chemical pure water — both are safe for tinted glass, Low-E coatings, and any special glazing. No scratching, no damage.

Not at all. For exterior-only cleans we can come and go without you being there. For interior cleans we will just need access arranged in advance — we can sort that with you when booking.

Ranch sliders, bi-folds, and glass panels are included just like windows — glass, frames, tracks, and sills all done. Skylights we include where safe and accessible, and we will flag anything that needs special access before we start.

For most Hibiscus Coast homes, twice a year is ideal — salt air, pollen, and humidity mean glass builds up quickly, especially on north and west-facing elevations. Coastal properties closer to the water often benefit from quarterly cleans.
