Bring tired timber
back to life.
Sun, rain, and grime leave decking and fences looking weathered and slippery. We use the right treatment and technique to restore the natural colour and texture safely.
Every piece of
outdoor timber.
If it is made of wood and outside, we can clean it. Here is what is included in a typical decking and wood service.
Decking and boardwalks
The most common surface we treat. Pre-treatment applied, then cleaned with softwash or low-pressure wash to lift moss, algae, staining, and grime without furring or gouging the timber.
Fences and paling
Timber fences take a beating from UV and moisture. We restore the colour and remove the black mould and green algae that builds up on shaded and damp-facing sections.
Pergolas and timber structures
Overhead beams, posts, and pergola frames all cleaned using the same gentle process. Great before re-oiling or staining to make sure the surface is properly prepared.
Weatherboards and timber cladding
Where your home has timber cladding we treat it carefully with softwash only. No high pressure near painted or stained timber surfaces.
A process that
protects the wood.
High pressure and timber do not mix. We use the right technique for the surface every time so you get a clean result without damaging what is underneath.
Pre-treatment
A biodegradable treatment is applied to the timber surface and left to dwell. This breaks down the algae, mould, and organic matter at the root rather than just blasting the surface. Far more effective than water alone.
Softwash or low-pressure rinse
Depending on the timber condition and surface type, we use either a gentle softwash or a carefully controlled low-pressure rinse. High pressure is never used on wood as it raises the grain and causes permanent damage.
Clean, refreshed timber
The natural colour and texture of the wood comes back. The surface is safer underfoot, looks great, and is properly prepared if you plan to re-oil or re-stain. Ready for those summer barbecues — even if it is July.

More than just
looks.
Protects the timber long term
Algae and mould hold moisture against the wood, accelerating rot and weathering. Regular cleaning removes that biological layer and significantly extends the life of the timber.
Safer underfoot
Wet algae on decking is a genuine slip hazard. Once cleaned the surface regains proper grip and is safe for kids, pets, and guests year-round.
Prep for oiling or staining
If you are planning to re-oil or re-stain your decking, a proper clean first is essential. Oil applied over a dirty surface traps the grime and does not penetrate properly.
