Yes — soft washing is designed to be gentle. Unlike high-pressure water blasting, we use low pressure combined with professional cleaning solution, making it safe for weatherboard, brick, render, vinyl, and most other exterior surfaces.
For most Hibiscus Coast properties, we recommend once a year. Shaded, coastal, or south-facing properties tend to grow mould and algae faster and may benefit from a wash every 6 months.
Our biodegradable solution kills mould, lichen, and algae at the root — not just rinses it off — so results last noticeably longer than a standard water blast. Regular washes keep it from taking hold again.
Not necessarily, but easy access to your exterior helps us do a thorough job. We'll let you know if anything needs to be moved when we quote or confirm your booking.
We use plant-safe cleaning solution and thoroughly rinse garden beds before and after washing. We'd recommend keeping pets inside during the clean for their own comfort and safety.
