House and Property Wash

At House Proud, we use a gentle yet highly effective softwash system to clean your home’s exterior without causing any damage. Unlike high-pressure washing, softwashing uses a specialised cleaning solution that breaks down grime, kills organic growth (like algae and mould), and lifts dirt from surfaces, all while being safe for your home and surrounding areas.

A standard exterior softwash includes:

We always take extra care around plants, gardens, and lawns — thoroughly pre-wetting vegetation, using garden-safe rinsing practices, and neutralising runoff where needed.

  • Soft washing uses low pressure in combination with a chemical based clean to safely remove dirt, mould, mildew, and grime. It’s safe for paint, cladding, windows, and landscaping when applied correctly.

    Soft washing is also the technique recognised and insisted on by insurance companies and respected property management companies alike.

  • Most homes benefit from an annual wash. Coastal or shaded properties may need it every 9–12 months.

    After a winter you will more often than not see natural growth start to buildup over your home.

  • Nope! As long as we have access around the property and taps are turned on, we can complete the job.
